If I should die from illness or accident - know this:
I lived the life I wanted.
I loved, and was loved.Though those two did not always happily coincide at the same time.
I happily exchanged the "Coins of Life" (time) for (mostly) meaningful adventures.
I have only a few regrets.
There were good times, and there were hard times. There were high points, and there were low points.
I was not rich in material things - but in friendships, experiences, and in the number of things that tickled my curiosity and intellect.
My path has not been the usual one - but one that I chose.
I have valued experiences, learning, and knowledge - far more than material things.
The ocean. Sailing. Travel. Words. Music. Books. Community service. The bonds of friendship. These were the things I enjoyed the most.
No single place could ever contain my heart, or my wanderlust - so I made the world my home.
