Today I received an email from:

Hey Kelvin, hope you're doing well. Do you need any help with software or web development? We have a team in Ukraine, and can build a dedicated engineering team from 0 to 20 people within 2 months. Happy to tell you more King Regards, Maria

My reply:
No.
I'm going to do you a favor, though. I'm going to give you some advice.

You mention Ukraine - but your profile shows that you are in Seattle. You do not explain this discrepancy - nor does your current position clearly indicate what company you are representing - or, whether you are an independent developer.

Your profile does not have any recommendations - which is an immediate red flag for anyone considering your pitch.

Your profile does not include a link to any web site that might educate and inform me about your prior work, your portfolio of clients, etc. This is a significant red flag for anyone considering your pitch.

Your profile does not include a link to your github profile/account. This is a significant red flag for anyone considering your pitch.

You are approaching a prospect, asking for work - but you have not, in any way, substantiated your credentials, skills, capabilities, capacity, or your previous work.  This is a significant red flag for anyone considering your pitch.

You do not mention rates for your services - so that means that a prospect must expend more effort to tease out important details. This is a significant red flag for anyone considering your pitch.

A quick google search does not find any social media profiles associated with your name - in the Seattle area. Given your apparent age range - and the prevalence of abundant social media usage for folks in that demographic/region - this is an immediate red flag.

Based on my experience and intuition -I would surmise that you do not, in fact, live in Seattle - and that you are most likely outside the U.S. - however, putting Seattle on your profile implies that you may not be an honest person - and therefore, an immediate red flag for anyone considering your pitch.
